Getting started

Sign up. Upload invoices. Collect does the rest.

No interview. No demo call. Create your account and land straight in your dashboard. A 4-step setup checklist guides you through the rest at your own pace.

1

Create your account

Name, email, password — that’s it. Straight into your dashboard. A 4-step setup checklist guides you through the rest at your own pace.

2

Connect your invoices

Upload a CSV spreadsheet immediately — no approval needed. Or connect QuickBooks or Xero. Your invoices appear in Collect within minutes.

3

Collect drafts the emails

Claude AI writes a contextual chase email for every overdue invoice — tone adapts automatically from gentle at 3 days to firm at 21. Each one lands in your approval queue.

4

You approve. It sends.

Read the draft, edit any line, then tap Approve & Send. Nothing goes to your client without your review. After 3 approvals, autopilot becomes available — your choice.

Approval-first design

AI that earns your trust — not AI that runs without you

Every email Collect sends has been read and approved by you first. The first 3 chases are always manual — no exceptions. Autopilot is something you unlock after you’ve seen the quality, not the default from day one.

1
Collect drafts every email
Claude reads the invoice context — who owes what, how long it’s been overdue, which reminder this is — and writes an email that sounds like you.
2
You review it in your approval queue
Read the subject and body. Edit any line. Skip this invoice entirely if you’re in the middle of a conversation with the client. Always your call.
3
You approve — then it sends
Tap Approve & Send. The email goes from your address via Resend. After 3 approvals you’ve seen the quality — autopilot becomes available as an option if you want it.
4
AI unavailable? Fallback templates kick in
If Claude is temporarily unreachable, Collect uses your saved templates instead. The activity log shows exactly what happened. You’re never left waiting.

Not just templates.
Context-aware AI that writes like you.

Collect is built on Claude — Anthropic’s frontier AI model. Claude reads the invoice context, the number of days overdue, the relationship history, and the amount owed — then writes an email that actually sounds like it came from you, not a form letter.

Tone that adapts automatically
Gentle at 3 days overdue. Firm at 10. Professional but serious at 21. Claude adjusts to the situation so you don’t have to.
Every draft shown to you first
The AI suggests, you decide. You can edit any line before approving, or skip an invoice entirely. Always in the loop.
Fallback when AI is unavailable
If Claude is temporarily unreachable, Collect uses your saved templates automatically. You’re never blocked from chasing.
Payment links auto-embedded
Stripe and PayPal pay-now buttons are inserted into every chase email. Your clients pay in seconds from the email itself.
Simple, predictable pricing

Pick a base plan. Overage stays simple.

Three tiers sized for how many invoices you send each month. Go over? Each extra invoice is billed at a flat per-invoice rate at the end of your cycle — no surprises.

For teams of 5+

You’re billed your base plan monthly or annually. Any invoices above your included quota are billed at the per-invoice overage rate at the end of the cycle — never up-front, never on top of unused quota.

Common questions

Everything you need to know

None at all. When you get access, you create your account — name, email, password — and land straight in your dashboard. A 4-step setup checklist guides you through connecting invoices, setting your chase schedule, and adding payment methods. All from inside the app, at your own pace.
Never, by default. Every chase email is drafted by Claude AI and placed in your Approve & Send queue. You read it, edit if needed, and tap Approve before it goes anywhere. After you’ve reviewed and approved 3 chase emails, autopilot becomes available as an option — but it is never switched on without you choosing it.
Yes — CSV import is always available and works immediately, with no OAuth approval needed. Upload a spreadsheet with your client names, emails, invoice numbers, amounts, and due dates and Collect starts working right away. QuickBooks and Xero sync are available as you complete the setup checklist; CSV is the immediate fallback that never goes away.
We’ve registered with Intuit’s developer programme and connected to QuickBooks using sandbox credentials — which means we can build and test the integration in full. Production approval (which lets us connect to real QuickBooks accounts) requires a separate review from Intuit that typically takes 6–12 weeks. We’ve applied and are waiting. In the meantime, CSV import works for every invoice.
Collect automatically uses your saved email templates as a fallback. Your chase schedule keeps running and drafts still appear in your approval queue — they’re just generated from your templates rather than AI. The activity log shows a note: “AI unavailable — fallback template used.” You’re never left waiting.
An invoice is counted once per billing cycle the first time Collect sends or queues a chase for it — not per reminder. So a single overdue invoice that gets a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd chase counts as one invoice toward your monthly quota, not three.
Nothing stops. Collect keeps chasing every invoice you give it. Extra invoices above your included quota are billed at your plan’s overage rate ($1.50 on Starter, $1.20 on Growth, $0.95 on Scale) and added to your invoice at the end of the cycle. You can also upgrade plans at any time to reset to a higher quota.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle so you keep the quota you’ve already paid for.
Annual plans are billed up-front at roughly 15% off the monthly rate. If you cancel within 30 days of starting an annual plan, we’ll refund the unused portion in full. After 30 days, your plan continues until the end of the term and won’t auto-renew if you’ve cancelled.
Overage is billed once, at the end of each billing cycle, on the same invoice as your base plan. You’ll see a running usage meter inside the app showing invoices used, invoices remaining, and projected overage cost so there are no surprises.
14 days is genuinely enough to know if Collect works — most users see their first payment from an AI-chased invoice within 5 days. A longer trial also increases our AI API costs significantly, which we’d rather not pass through to your subscription. If you need more time, contact us — we’re flexible.
No. Collect sends polite reminder emails from your address — it is a communication tool, not a debt collection agency. It does not add interest or charges, does not contact credit agencies, and does not take any legal action. If you need to escalate a dispute beyond email reminders, that requires separate legal advice.
